This permit is ideal for highly skilled professionals, including technical experts and specialists, who have secured a job offer in Malta with a minimum annual gross salary of €30,000. Applicants must hold a qualification at Malta Qualifications Framework (MQF) Level 6 or higher, or demonstrate at least three years of relevant work experience.
