Stays are limited to 30 days from arrival, non-extendable and single-entry only. Fees total IDR 1,500,000 (visa fee IDR 500,000 + verification IDR 1,000,000), paid via evisa.imigrasi.go.id. Processing takes 5 business days. The event organizer must register as sponsor and provide a cooperation contract and guarantee letter.
