Overview

Multiple-entry visa for artists and cultural performers invited to conduct art and cultural performances in Indonesia.

The Cultural & Arts Performer Visa (Index D7) is a multiple-entry visa tailored for international artists, performers, and cultural professionals invited to participate in artistic events across Indonesia. This category is ideal for musicians, dancers, actors, circus performers, and production crews who are involved in short-term professional artistic activities such as festivals, recitals, or cultural exchange programs. By offering multiple entries, it allows performers to travel in and out of the country to fulfill various commitments within the visa's validity period, supporting a dynamic and mobile creative career.

This visa facilitates legal participation in creative projects and allows performers to receive agreed-upon compensation for their work, provided it is documented in a contract with an Indonesian organizer. It is important to note that this visa does not grant the right to formal, long-term employment or a permanent position within an Indonesian company. Applicants must be sponsored by a local event organizer or impresariat, ensuring that all artistic activities are legitimate and aligned with Indonesian cultural norms and regulations.
