To qualify for this sponsorship, the primary resident must meet specific financial criteria, including a minimum monthly salary of AED 4,000. The application process requires the submission of an attested marriage certificate, which must be legalized by the relevant authorities in the country of origin and the UAE. Additionally, the sponsor must provide proof of suitable accommodation and the dependent must undergo a mandatory medical fitness examination. The fee for this visa is AED 200 plus 5% VAT. Once approved, the spouse receives a residency permit and an Emirates ID, granting them legal status and the ability to access various services within the UAE.
