Events Visit Visa

The Events Visit Visa is a purpose-driven entry permit for international delegates, exhibitors, speakers, and attendees at professional, academic, and cultural events throughout the UAE. Applicants must hold a valid passport with at least six months' remaining validity and present an official invitation letter from a public or private sector event organizer in the UAE.

The visa costs approximately AED 600 plus VAT and is processed within 2 working days (48 hours). It cannot be used for employment or work-seeking. Applicants must provide proof of event registration, round-trip flight tickets, accommodation proof, and travel insurance. The visa validity is determined by event duration and terms.
