Overview

For personal employees, attendants, or domestic workers of valid NATO-1 through NATO-6 visa holders.

The NATO-7 is a US visa for personal employees and domestic workers of NATO-1 through NATO-6 holders. A labor-compliant employment contract is required.

Initial stay is 3 years, renewable in 2-year increments. No application fee. Holders must renew outside the US; status change within the US is not permitted.

This visa is ideal for cooks, nannies, or personal attendants already employed by a NATO official and accompanying them on a US posting.
