The Entrepreneur Visa targets foreign founders and innovators looking to establish startups in Taiwan. Applicants must meet one of three criteria: (1) Secure investment from domestic/overseas venture capital or Executive Yuan funds (minimum NT$2 million), (2) Be located in government-recognized startup parks or incubators, or (3) Hold invention patents from foreign countries or Taiwan invention/design patents.
Taiwan offers youth startup loans for eligible entrepreneurs.
