Singapore's Dependant's Pass (DP) lets Employment Pass and S Pass holders relocate immediate family to the country. Administered by the Ministry of Manpower under the Immigration Act, it covers a legally married spouse and unmarried children under 21, including legally adopted children.
The principal must earn a fixed monthly salary of at least SGD 6,000 and be sponsored by an established Singapore-registered employer, which submits the application. The pass tracks the main work pass's validity and is renewable. DP holders need a Letter of Consent or separate work pass to work.
This visa is ideal for spouses and minor children of EP or S Pass holders earning at least SGD 6,000 a month who want to live in Singapore during the principal's posting.
