Premium Residency - Investor (إقامة المستثمرين)

Saudi Arabia’s Premium Residency – Investor track is a long-term residency from the Premium Residency Center, created under Vision 2030 to bring foreign capital into the Kingdom. It lets non-Saudis live, own businesses, and sponsor family without a local kafeel, based on a verifiable productive investment rather than employment sponsorship.

To qualify the applicant must hold valid investment licenses or registrations with at least SAR 7 million attributable to their ownership share, hold the related commercial registration and articles of association, and prove at least 10 employees attributable to that share. Applications go through premiumresidency.sa with a SAR 4,000 processing fee.

This visa is ideal for foreign investors who want sponsor-free legal status in Saudi Arabia to run a business, hold property, and bring spouse, children under 25, and parents along.
