Ten-year Qatar residency (Jusour) for incubator-endorsed founders and senior executives meeting salary thresholds, launched February 2026.
Qatar's 10-year residency programme, launched 3 February 2026 via the Jusour portal, is a long-term permit administered by the Ministry of Interior with Jusour. It targets two streams: founders of high-impact ventures backed by approved Qatari incubators, and senior executives at QSE-listed corporates, QCB-licensed banks, or recognised consulting firms.
Renewable for up to 10 years. Entrepreneurs need a QAR 250,000 investment with 20% ownership and a QAR 36,500 three-month bank balance. Executives need five years' senior experience and salaries of QAR 50,000+/month for CEO, Chairman, CFO, COO and CTO roles, or QAR 80,000+ for other directors. Processing runs 4-6 weeks; holders can sponsor family, and executive status survives a job change.
This visa is ideal for incubator-backed founders launching ventures in Qatar, and for C-suite executives at QSE-listed or QCB-licensed firms seeking decade-long residency independent of their employer.
