Requirements

PUBLISHED REQUIREMENTS

Must be an expert or volunteer recognized under international treaties or cooperation agreements.

Must be affiliated with an entity registered in the ENIEX (Registro de Entidades e Instituciones de Cooperación Técnica Internacional) managed by APCI.

Must be invited to perform assistance, social, or humanitarian aid activities.

Must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Visa application form (DGC-005).

Valid passport.

Reference number of the authorization granted by the Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Proof of onward travel (flight reservation).

Passport-sized photographs.

Documentation proving the nature of the assistance/humanitarian activity.
