Overview

Temporary visa for foreign experts and volunteers recognized under international cooperation treaties, working with governmental or non-governmental organizations.

The Cooperant Visa is for experts and volunteers working on projects under international treaties or with NGOs registered with the Peruvian Agency for International Cooperation (APCI). It allows for work related to the specific project and is renewable based on the agreement duration.

Requirements

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must be an expert or volunteer recognized under international treaties or cooperation agreements.

Must be affiliated with an entity registered in the ENIEX (Registro de Entidades e Instituciones de Cooperación Técnica Internacional) managed by APCI.

Must be invited to perform assistance, social, or humanitarian aid activities.

Must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
