Requirements

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must be a professional artist, performer, or cultural worker contracted for a specific event or project.

Must have a formal artistic contract signed with a Peruvian entity.

The contract must be registered or presented to the Ministry of Labor and/or SUNAT as per regulations.

Must be outside of Peru at the time of application.

Application Process

The Peruvian contracting entity initiates the request through the Migraciones Digital Agency.

Migraciones validates the contract and the event details.

Once approved, Migraciones notifies the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The artist receives authorization to collect the visa at the designated Peruvian Consulate.

5

The artist presents themselves at the consulate to receive the visa.
