The Netherlands Humanitarian Non-Temporary Residence Permit grants stable, independent legal status to people residing lawfully under a temporary humanitarian or family-related permit. It covers victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, honour-based violence, and those with medical or child-protection needs.

The permit is valid for 5 years and renewable, with full unrestricted access to the Dutch labour market from day one. Holders can convert to a permanent residence permit once they qualify. A civic integration diploma is normally required to apply.
