This visa is intended for foreign nationals who intend to stay in Montenegro for more than 90 days (up to 180 days) for the purpose of performing services in foreign diplomatic and consular missions or missions of international organizations accredited in Montenegro.

The Diplomatic and Official D Visa is designed for foreign nationals performing official duties within Montenegro's diplomatic or international organization framework. It allows for stays of up to 180 days within a one-year period. The visa is provided free of charge to qualified applicants holding official or diplomatic passports.
