Golden Visa — Subordinated Capital Deposit (Investīciju uzturēšanās atļauja — subordinētais kapitāls)

This residence permit is designed for foreign investors who wish to obtain legal status in Latvia through financial contribution. It permits the holder to reside in the country for a period of five years while maintaining their investment. Applicants must place a subordinated deposit of at least 280,000 euros into a Latvian credit institution for a minimum term of five years.
