Approved sectors span specialty restaurants, cruise ports, agro-processing, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, research facilities, and housing projects. Beyond the investment, applicants pay a non-refundable USD 50,000 administration fee plus USD 2,000 processing and USD 8,000 due-diligence fees per main applicant.
