Jordan's Golden Visa allows foreign investors to obtain long-term residency through real estate investment. Minimum investment of USD 280,000 in residential property. Property cannot be sold, mortgaged, or disposed of for 5 years. Investors can rent out property after purchase. Visa is renewable indefinitely as long as investment is maintained.
