The Seasonal Worker Visa allows non-EU nationals to work temporarily in Italy's agriculture, tourism, and hospitality sectors under the annual 'Decreto Flussi' quota. It requires a job offer from a registered Italian employer and a 'Nulla Osta' (Certificate of No Impediment). The visa permits stays of 5 to 9 months within any twelve-month period, depending on the employment contract term.

The employer initiates the application, and approval takes 2–4 weeks. Fees range from EUR 60 to EUR 100. Upon arrival, workers must register with local police within eight days. The visa is renewable, and workers with consecutive annual participation may be qualifying for conversion to other employment-based permits.
