Overview
Emergency permit for non-EEA workers who fell out of the legal system or suffered workplace exploitation. Allows reactivation of work rights for vulnerable migrants.
The Reactivation permit supports vulnerable migrant workers who lost legal status through exploitation, trafficking, or administrative issues. A temporary Stamp 1 is granted immediately while the permit application is processed. All occupations eligible except domestic workers (with carers exception).
