Overview

Multiple-entry visa valid for 1, 2, or 5 years for business activities including negotiations, site visits, and commercial discussions with 60-day stays per entry.

The Multiple-Entry Business Visa (Index D2) is tailored for business professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs who need to travel to Indonesia frequently for business-related activities. This includes attending meetings, negotiating contracts, conducting market research, or purchasing goods. Like the tourist variant, this visa is available with validity periods of 1, 2, or 5 years, allowing for multiple entries without the need for repeated visa applications.

Each visit under the D2 visa permits a stay of up to 60 days, with the possibility of two in-country extensions. It is critical for applicants to understand that this visa does not grant work authorization. Holders cannot be employed by an Indonesian entity, receive a salary from an Indonesian source, or engage in direct sales. The application requires a formal sponsorship from an Indonesian company, which serves as the guarantor for the applicant's business activities and ensures compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations.
