Overview

Must be a foreign spouse of a Ghanaian citizen.

Must have resided in Ghana for the full 12 months immediately preceding the application.

Must have resided in Ghana for an aggregate period of at least 2 years prior to that 12-month period.

Must hold a valid Residence Permit at the time of application.

Must intend to reside permanently in Ghana.

Must demonstrate good conduct and have no criminal record resulting in imprisonment of 12 months or more.

Photocopy of applicant's Non-Citizen ID card.

Attestation letter by two Ghanaians (Notaries Public, Lawyers, or Senior Public Officers) with copies of their national IDs.

Evidence of financial support (e.g., bank statements, employment letters).
