Must be an IT employee, an individual entrepreneur with small business status, or an executive/representative of an international IT company.

Must demonstrate at least two years of cumulative work experience in the IT field.

Must prove an annual income of at least 25,000 USD (or equivalent in GEL) from IT activities.
