Overview

Direct Grenadian citizenship for investors of USD 270,000+ in a government-approved real-estate project, held 5 years — no residency required.

Grenada's Citizenship by Investment Programme, run by the CBIC under the 2013 Act, offers direct citizenship to investors who place at least USD 270,000 in a government-approved real-estate share (or USD 350,000 in a sole unit). Spouse, children under 30, dependent parents and grandparents, and unmarried siblings 18+ may be included.

The investment must be held five years before resale under the programme. A USD 50,000 government fee applies (with USD 25,000 per additional dependant beyond the third), plus per-person application, due-diligence and interview fees. Processing runs three to four months, and applications must be channelled through an Authorised Marketing Agent and Local Agent.

This visa is ideal for international investors seeking a tax-efficient, hereditary second citizenship with visa-free Schengen and UK travel and US E-2 treaty eligibility, with no obligation to relocate to Grenada.
