The Talent – Company Representative is a French Passeport Talent permit for corporate officers — CEOs, board members, and managing directors — appointed to lead a French entity. It bypasses labor market testing, providing a direct route for executives transferred within a multinational group.

Applicants must have at least 3 months of prior employment within the same corporate group and earn a minimum gross annual salary of €65,629. The permit runs up to 4 years and is renewable. Accompanying spouses receive immediate, unrestricted French work authorization under the simplified family reunification scheme.

This visa is ideal for senior executives or managing directors being transferred from a foreign group entity to legally represent or lead an established French subsidiary.
