Internal Transfer within a Company (Yrityksen sisäinen siirto)

Finland's Internal Transfer residence permit enables movement of managers, specialists, and trainees from non-EU parent companies to Finnish offices outside the EU ICT Directive. Candidates must demonstrate required professional qualifications within their corporate group.

The permit lasts up to three years for managers/specialists or one year for trainees, and is renewable with a pathway to permanent residence. Processing takes fourteen days. Online fees are €530 for initial applications and €230 for extensions. Spouses may work unrestricted, and family members can obtain dependent residence permits.
