Overview

Short-term work visa for seasonal employment in agriculture, tourism, and other sectors.

The Spain Seasonal Worker Visa authorizes non-EU nationals to work in Spain's agriculture, tourism, and hospitality sectors for up to 9 months per year. Governed under the GECCO program, it requires an employer-sponsored work contract and the employer's prior authorization from the Spanish Foreign Nationals' Office.

The visa fee is EUR 90 and processing takes 2–4 weeks. No dependents are permitted and no permanent residency pathway exists — holders must return home at contract end. The GECCO framework offers 4-year renewable authorizations, allowing the same worker to return each season.

This visa is ideal for non-EU workers in agriculture or hospitality who have a seasonal job offer in Spain and want a repeatable, employer-sponsored pathway for up to 4 years.
