The Intra-Corporate Transferee (ICT) Residence Permit allows employees of multinational companies to be transferred from a parent company (outside EU) to an Estonian branch. Categories include managers and specialists (12+ months previous employment required) and trainees (6+ months required).
The permit provides EU mobility rights - transferees can move between EU countries under the same employer with some limitations.
