Overview

Streamlined work visa for certified employers recruiting foreign talent. Five tracks including Pay Limit, Researcher, Educational, Short-term, and Supplementary tracks. For skilled workers and specialists.

The Fast-Track Scheme is a specialized residence and work permit program designed to help certified Danish companies recruit highly qualified international talent with minimal administrative delay. By streamlining the application process, the scheme allows for a faster start to employment, often enabling the foreign national to begin working shortly after the application is submitted. It is intended for specialists, managers, and other highly skilled professionals whose expertise is in high demand within the Danish labor market.

To utilize this scheme, an employer must first obtain certification from the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration (SIRI), which verifies the company's size, HR practices, and compliance with immigration laws. Once certified, the employer can sponsor employees under various tracks, such as the Pay Limit track, Researcher track, or Short-term track. This flexibility makes it an essential tool for international businesses operating in Denmark that require the ability to mobilize global talent quickly and efficiently.
