Overview

This is a temporary, humanitarian residence permit for individuals displaced from Ukraine due to the invasion.

This humanitarian permit is designed specifically for displaced persons from Ukraine to reside and work in Denmark. It provides full access to the labor market and is managed through an automatic extension process by the Danish Immigration Service. While it does not lead directly to permanent residence, it allows holders to transition to other work-based schemes.
