Salary must be deposited into a Danish bank account within 180 days of entry.

The permit lasts up to 4 years and is renewable. Processing takes approximately one month. Spouses may work without restrictions in Denmark. The visa is tied to the specific employer and role, so changing employment typically requires a new application. Dependents are permitted, though post-grant rules restrict work outside the approved agricultural position.
