Czech Republic's Digital Nomad Visa program launched July 1, 2023, and was expanded in February 2025 to include more nationalities and professions. It's designed for highly skilled remote workers and IT professionals who want to work for foreign employers while living in Czech Republic.
Annual Visa Allocation
1,500 visas per year
The program has a total annual capacity of 1,500 applications as established by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This quota is shared across all eligible nationalities and is typically allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The program is restricted to highly qualified IT and marketing professionals from specific countries including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
