MTE3 — Residence Permit for Victims of Domestic Violence

This humanitarian residence permit is intended for victims of domestic violence or exploitation who are cooperating with law enforcement or judicial authorities. It provides the holder with the right to reside in Cyprus and work to support themselves while their case is pending. The permit is renewable based on the continuation of humanitarian grounds or legal proceedings.
