Residence permit for employees transferring within the same company to work in Cyprus. For managers, specialists, and trainees with required prior employment in the company.
The Intra-Corporate Transfer (ICT) visa allows employees of multinational companies to transfer to Cyprus branches while maintaining their employment. EU Directive 2014/66/EU governs the terms. After 12 months of ICT residence in one EU country, employees can work in other EU countries under their ICT permit subject to conditions.
