ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency.

Must be invited to apply after submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI).

Must have a nominated occupation on the relevant skilled occupation list.

Must have a suitable skills assessment for the nominated occupation.

Must be under 45 years of age at the time of invitation.

Must achieve a minimum score of 65 on the points test (including the 5 points for state nomination).

Must demonstrate at least 'Competent' English language proficiency.

Must meet health and character requirements.

Must sign the Australian Values Statement.

Must have no outstanding debts to the Australian government.
