Overview

Partner (Permanent) Visa — Offshore.

The Australian Subclass 100 Partner (Permanent) visa is the permanent stage of the offshore partner migration pathway, granted to applicants who already hold a Subclass 309 provisional visa and remain in a genuine, ongoing relationship with their Australian sponsor.

The visa grants indefinite stay with full work and study rights, plus access to Medicare and the ability to sponsor eligible relatives. Combined 309/100 fees start at AUD 9,365. Eligibility for the permanent stage is assessed roughly two years after the initial application date.

This visa is ideal for offshore partners of Australian citizens or permanent residents who have already cleared the 309 provisional stage and can demonstrate a continuing genuine relationship.
