Overview

Closed two-year remote-work residence permit for Antigua and Barbuda; programme ended 15 November 2025 and no longer accepts new applications.

The Nomad Digital Residence (NDR) was a two-year special residence authorization issued by Antigua and Barbuda's Department of Immigration for remote workers employed by entities outside the country. Applicants had to be 18+, declare expected annual income of at least USD 50,000, hold valid medical insurance, and produce a clean police certificate. Dependents could be included.

The programme was discontinued on 15 November 2025 and no longer accepts new applications; the portal at nomad.gov.ag displays a "This program has ended" notice. Historical fees were USD 1,500 single, USD 2,000 couple, and USD 3,000 family of up to three dependents. The two-year permit was non-renewable, processed in 5-7 business days, and tax-free on foreign income.

This visa is ideal for nobody currently — the programme is closed; remote workers should consult Antigua and Barbuda's Department of Immigration for available residency options.
