Active Residency with employment authorization is for foreign nationals who secure employment with an Andorran company. The employer must demonstrate that the position cannot be filled by a local candidate and must initiate the application process. Applicants must be between 18-60 years old, have no criminal record, and obtain social security affiliation (CASS).
